I would just like to point out that although it has probably not been brought to your attention, but the defaults in vacuoles are much more significant than in the cellular membrane. For example the results of the malfunction of the vacuole can cause Danon disease that is caused by mutations. This disease in which can be fatal for people starting as low as the age of 19. Therefore demonstrating that the vacuole is clearly not fit or reliable enough to be elected as the most important organelle. To add to the fact of them leading to deadly diseases but also it can be as simple as to many vacuoles that can easily lead to damaging the whole cell with or without mutations. This is why YOU SHOULD NOT VOTE VACUOLE rather the better option being the cellular membrane which was put in place for the exact reason to protect the cell from bacteria and viruses trying to take over or invade the cell, all while the vacuole has simply been here already damaging it from the inside and this is why CELL MEMBRANE is the better choice.
