Why You Should Vote For Nucleus
The nucleus stores all of the DNA, which is
what controls the cell. It makes up all the
ribonucleic acid, a necessity in all living things.
The nucleus is basically the brain of the cell,
because it holds all the information of the cell

and it manages the cell’s activities. Without the
nucleus, replication could not occur, meaning
the cell would die.
Parts of the Nucleus
Nuclear Envelope
Made of a phospholipid bilayer with many pores, which is what lets materials go in and out of the nucleus.
Nucleolus
The nucleolus is made up of DNA, RNA and proteins and makes the ribosomes
Chromosomes
The chromosomes are made from nucleotides, which is wrapped around proteins. They contain all the genetic information of a cell.
Ribosomes
Ribosomes are non-membrane bound. They make one large protein, and one small protein in the cell.

Sure the Nucleus may be somewhat important in the life of a eukaryotic cell, however they are pointless in a prokaryotic cell considering they don't even have them! Ribosomes however, are needed in every cell despite the type or kind. Without Ribosomes, cells would not be able to survive or even function because they would have no protein that could be used in order to keep them working properly. You see, Ribosomes are essential, other organelles rely on IT to keep THEM alive, meanwhile the nucleus isn't even needed in any of the over 100 trillion prokaryotic cells that are just within your own body. But you know what is in those cells and all the other ones found in the world? The Ribosome. #voteribosome
