Yes I agree the cytoskeleton is important for the shape of cells and all but unlike the cytoskeleton the Lysosome prevents diseases while the cytoskeleton can cause many cardiovascular diseases, cancer and even skin diseases. So before voting for Cytoskeleton and diseases rethink your decision.
ReplyDeleteYes it is true that the cytoskeleton does in fact contribute to the structure of a cell, however what holds the structure of the cytoskeleton is actually the cell wall. The cell wall is the first line of support and mechanical structure to any cell, but then the cytoskeleton is held by the cell wall for additional support. So technically if there were no cell wall, it would be harder for the cytoskeleton to support the rest of the cell.
